Disclosure of Results
CMS and the State Administering Agency promptly report the results of reviews to the
PACE organization, along with any recommendations for changes to the organization’s
program. The results are made available to the public upon request and are posted on the
CMS website. In addition, CMS and the State Administering Agency require that the
PACE organization post a notice of the availability of the results of the most recent
review and any Corrective Action Plans or responses related to the most recent review.
The PACE organization must also make the results available for examination in a place
readily accessible to participants.
