Post Audit
CMS, the State Administering Agency or their designees will deliver an audit report
containing findings, deficiencies, corrective action required, recommendations, notes and
conclusions to the PACE organization concerning the audit. A letter detailing
instructions, as noted below, is mailed to the primary contact for the PACE organization.
