Introduction - Section 1 Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
The intent of this portion of the chapter is to clarify the regulatory requirements for the
Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) as defined by the PACE regulations. CMS developed a
guidance to provide an in-depth description of PACE care planning that provides
additional clarification regarding IDT requirements for the PACE program. Care
