Transportation Services
Transportation must be provided as indicated in a participant’s plan of care. As part of the
IDT process, PACE organization staff (employees and contractors) must communicate
relevant changes in a participant’s care plan to transportation personnel. The IDT must
have a process in place to get input from the transportation personnel regarding status and
changes noted in participant condition.
