Introduction
The purpose of this chapter is to provide information about the requirements established
relating to the organizational structure, the governing body and program integrity of the
PACE organization as well as the relationships between entities. These requirements are
essential to the PACE organization’s ability to ensure the health and safety of the
participants and provide a well functioning organizational environment in which
appropriate care can occur.
