QWCM
QWCM is a web-based database that’s used to collect consistent and comparable data on the quality for
PCC written responses to provider written inquiries.
MACs shall complete scorecards and enter data into QWCM by the 10th of the month for the previous
month. See section 30.7.8.1 of this chapter for additional information.
