Provider Electronic Mailing List Subscriber Data
MACs shall report the number of unique subscribers, avoiding duplicate counts whenever possible. This
reporting requirement does not apply to MACs’ targeted mailing lists described in section 50.3.1 of this
chapter.
HH+H MACs shall separately report the number of subscribers to their A/B and HH+H electronic
mailing lists; these numbers shall not be combined.
It is not necessary for MACs to report the number of electronic mailing list subscribers in their Monthly
Status Reports.
