Website Attestation and Accessibility
MACs shall attest that their provider education website complies with CMS requirements within 30
calendar days following the cutover of a new contract (or the earliest cutover date if multiple exist) and
thereafter, by the end of the sixth month of their contract (see section 50.2.6).
MACs shall use the most recent monthly CMS accessibility scan report to enter their accessibility
score.
