Data to be Reported Monthly in PIES
MACs shall capture and report in PIES the following data elements:
• Telephone inquiries data: appropriate for their MAC profile (CSR- and IVR-only lines or
a combined CSR/IVR line).
• Written inquiries data: specified in the PIES database related to their general, PRRS, and
Congressional written inquiries.
• MAC Secure Internet Portal data: specified in the PIES database related to their MAC
Secure Internet Portal services.
