MAC Satisfaction Score
CMS monitors satisfaction with MAC services throughout the contract year for each jurisdiction using
results from the MCE survey. The MCE survey measures satisfaction with individual MAC functions
(for example, POE, digital services, PE) and provides a MAC business function satisfaction score per
jurisdiction.
