Survey Response Prohibition
At the start of each calendar year, MACs shall send written communication to employees and
subcontractors clearly stating that MAC employees and subcontractor employees are prohibited from
taking their own MAC’s satisfaction survey or any other MACs satisfaction survey. When CMS requests
it, each MAC shall provide documentation of these written communications to demonstrate compliance
with the prohibition policy.
