Surveys
CMS manages a survey program to measure provider satisfaction through experiences with their MAC.
These surveys evaluate business functions, such as PCSP, Redeterminations and Audit and
Reimbursement, to ensure MACs deliver quality service to providers. MACs use these surveys to
understand provider experiences and identify improvement opportunities.
