MAC Secure Internet Portals
MACs shall follow the guiding principles outlined in the Medicare Administrative Contractor Provider
Portal Handbook when redesigning or modifying their Secure Internet Portal. CMS will notify MACs
of updates to the Handbook through TDLs.
