Electronic Mailing List Record Retention

MACs shall maintain usage records of their electronic mailing lists for 1 year from the date of usage.

These records shall include:

• When they used the electronic mailing list(s)

• The text of the messages sent

• The number of subscribers to whom messages were sent (per message)

• The message authors

• Any transference or sharing that may have occurred
