PRRS Workload Reporting

PRRS staff shall take ownership of referred inquiries and assume responsibility for research and resolution.

For workload reporting purposes, when staff refer a provider telephone inquiry to the PRRS, they shall

close the telephone inquiry and open a written inquiry. If staff refer a written inquiry originally

classified as general to the PRRS, they shall transfer the original general inquiry and count the original

as a PRRS inquiry. The MAC shall only count the written inquiry once as a PRRS Inquiry.
