Beneficiary Contact Center (BCC)

The BCC Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) escalate any complex beneficiary

inquiries that they receive to the appropriate MAC through the Next Generation Desktop

(NGD) in accordance the Complex Inquiry Escalation National Operating Procedure, NP
