Voluntary Refund
If the MAC receives a voluntary refund from a provider on a claim in the RACDW, the
MAC shall process the refund as they do all other voluntary refunds (i.e., in accordance
with the Medicare Program Integrity Manual (MPIM), Publication 100-08, Chapter 4,
Section 4.2.2.8.1.3).
