For UCM issues, users can contact the UCM helpdesk at UCMHelpDesk@cms.hhs.gov
or 1-833-FLD-DESK (1-833-353-3375). If there are UCM contract changes that affect
the helpdesk contact information, users can contact their COR, who will provide the
most current information available.
