Record Retention and Storage
The MACs, CERT, and UPICs shall abide by all documentation retention requirements
listed in all litigation holds issued via Joint Signature Memoranda or Technical Direction
Letters (JSM/TDL). RACs shall comply with the record retention requirements in its
SOWs.
