Audit Subcontracts

In accordance with the "Subcontracting and Prior Approval" article of the Contract

between the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the contractor, any

subcontracting involving a function or duty requires prior written approval. Accordingly,

the subcontract for provider audit requires such approval and should be submitted to the

appropriate RO.
