Completing Medicare Fraud Unit Quarterly Workload Status

The intermediary prepares and submits to CMS each quarter a report on the number of
fraud workload items handled by your Medicare fraud unit. This information is required
by CMS to budget for fraud and abuse activities, as well as to monitor the flow of work
through the fraud units. Submit this form via CROWD no later than the 15th day
following the close of the reporting quarter.
