Due Date
The carrier/A/B MAC transmits data about the Participating Physician/Supplier Program to CO via
PC or terminal. It uses instructions in the CROWD User Guide available via the CMS Enterprise
Portal.
The report is due 45 days after the end of the enrollment period. It includes updated data as of the
end of the most recent enrollment period.
The carrier/A/B MAC does not submit hard copies of the report.
