Seized Monies Received from Law Enforcement

The contractor shall apply any seized monies received (e.g., Treasury check) from the perpetrator of the

identity theft to the fraudulent debt in accordance with the Medicare Financial Management Manual,

Publication, 100-06, Chapter 5.
