Calculations for Each 30-Day Period at the ALJ or Subsequent

Level Decision

Interest shall be calculated for each full 30-day period using the interest Rate in Effect on

the ALJ decision date or any subsequent level decision date in accordance with 42 CFR

405.378 (j)(2)(iii).
