Timely Deposit of Overpayment Refund Checks
Promptly deposit all refund checks into the Medicare “Federal Health Insurance Benefits Account”. The
FI/Carrier shall credit all such deposits on the day following the date of receipt in its mailroom or initial
point of entry. (It shall credit within 2 days if the bank is not located in the same city as the contractor.).
