Completing the Form CMS-1450 in MSP Situations by Providers
Where Medicare is determined to be the primary payer, Medicare is shown on line A of FL 50.
Where Medicare is the secondary payer, Medicare is shown on line B. All bills where Medicare
is secondary because of primary payer coverage are prepared in accordance with the following
instructions.
