Oxygen and Oxygen Equipment
When oxygen and oxygen equipment are furnished by a grandfathered supplier, payment is
based on the single payment amount established in accordance with 42 CFR §414.408(a)(1) for
the CBA in which the beneficiary maintains a permanent residence.
