No Discrimination Against Beneficiaries
42 CFR §414.422(c) specifies that contract suppliers may not discriminate against beneficiaries
under the Medicare DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program. The items furnished by a contract
supplier must be the same items that the contract supplier makes available to other customers.
All products provided must meet product specifications identified by the HCPCS coding system.
