Home Health Agencies
Home health agencies must submit a bid and be awarded a contract for the DMEPOS
Competitive Bidding Program in order to furnish competitively bid items directly to Medicare
beneficiaries who maintain a permanent residence in a CBA. If a home health agency is not
awarded a contract to furnish competitively bid items, then they must use a contract supplier for
these items.
