Notify Hospitals
When the BFCC-QIO receives a request from a beneficiary, the BFCC-QIO must
immediately notify the hospital that a request for an expedited determination was made.
If the request is received after normal working hours, the BFCC-QIO should notify the
hospital as soon as possible on the morning after the request was made.
