Diagnosis Coding
Prostate cancer screening digital rectal examinations and screening Prostate Specific Antigen
(PSA) blood tests must be billed using either screening code if ICD-10-CM is applicable,
diagnosis code Z12.5 (Encounter for screening for malignant neoplasm of prostate).
