Coordination of Benefits
CWF and the designated A/B MAC (B) shall submit claims for full payment of drug
claims to the Coordination of Benefits Contractor (COBC) for crossover to trading
partners, in accordance with the requirements specified in Transmittal 138 (Change
Request 3218).
