Quarterly Updates
On a quarterly basis, CMS may provide updates to the HCPCS codes that the
participating CAP physician must accept for the CAP. A/B MACs (B) must add these
HCPCS codes to the table created in 100.1.1 by 7 days after receipt of the changes from
CMS.
