Fee Schedule to be Used for Payment for CSW Services
The fee schedule for CSW services is set at 75 percent of the fee schedule for
comparable services furnished by clinical psychologists, except for services under a
CAH partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient program. These are paid on a
reasonable cost basis.
