Treatment Plans or Home Care Plans

Except for comprehensive care plans that are a component of authorized care

management services (see section 230), treatment plans and home care oversight

provided by RHC or FQHC physicians to RHC or FQHC patients are considered part of

the RHC or FQHC visit and are not a separately billable service.
