Disposition Instructions When Operating Under a Freeze
When operating under a freeze, you are prohibited from destroying records, and must follow the
disposition instructions below in §30.30.1.2. Only after the freeze has been lifted, can you revert
back to the normal disposition instructions in §30.30.2.
