Defendant's Prior Conviction of a Violent Felony Involving a Firearm (18 U.S.C. § 3592(C)(2))

The [government] [prosecution] alleges the defendant has been [previously] convicted1, of (describe the federal or state offense punishable by a term of imprisonment of more than one year, involving the [use] [attempted use] [threatened use] of a firearm against another person).2 [The term “firearm” means [any weapon (including a starter gun) which will or is designed to or may readily be converted to expel a projectile by the action of an explosive] [the frame or receiver of any such weapon] [any firearm muffier or firearm silencer] [any destructive device]. [It does not include an antique firearm.]
