Stipulated Testimony
A “stipulation” is something that the attorneys
agree is accurate. When there is no dispute about
certain testimony, the attorneys may agree or “stipulate” to that testimony.
Stipulated testimony must be considered in the
same way as if that testimony had been received here
in court.
