General Instructions For Use During Trial — Use of Interrogatories
Model 2
You will now hear [have heard] answers that [name of party] gave in response to written 3
questions submitted by the other side. The written questions are called “interrogatories.” The 4
written answers were given in writing and under oath, before the trial. 5
You must consider [name of party]’s answers to interrogatories in the same manner as if the 6
answers were made from the witness stand. 7
