Tex. R. Civ. P. 510.22
Judgment on Appeal
A judgment issued by the county court must set the amount of the supersedeas bond that an
appellant must pay to stay the execution of the judgment, taking into consideration the value of
rents likely to accrue during appeal, damages which may occur as a result of the stay during appeal,
and other damages or amounts as the court may deem appropriate.
