Appeal of Review Tribunal Decision to Supreme Court

(a) Judge May Appeal. A judge may appeal a decision of the Review Tribunal to

the Supreme Court under the substantial evidence rule.

(b) Appellate Rules. The Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure apply to an appeal to

the Supreme Court.
