Filing of Documents Containing Sensitive Data Prohibited

An electronic or paper document containing sensitive data may not be filed with a court unless the

sensitive data is redacted. Documents containing sensitive data may be filed with a court when the

data’s inclusion is specifically required by a statute, court rule, or administrative regulation, or

when the data is exempt from redaction under Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.10.
