Community Services

Individuals who receive hospice care and reside in the community may be eligible to use community services. Contracted providers in the community, such as home health and community support services agencies, furnish services not related to the terminal illness. The following items describe the types of community services available in most areas. Contact local the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) offices for more information.
