Tenn. R. Civ. P. 71
Condemnation of Property
The procedure for the condemnation of both real and personal property under the power of eminent domain shall be in accordance with the statutes of this state. Furthermore, to the extent that they are not in conflict with or do not contradict or contravene the provisions of said statutes, these rules, where applicable, shall be followed. [As amended July 1, 1979.]
