Tenn. R. Civ. P. 59.04
Motion to Alter or Amend a Judgment
A motion to alter or amend a judgment shall be filed and served within thirty (30) days after the entry of the judgment. [As added by order entered January 23, 1986, effective August 1, 1986.]
