POLICY ON VIEWING OF JUVENILE FILES

IT IS THE POLICY of the Fifth Judicial Circuit that the following

individuals will be allowed to view juvenile files without court approval:

. Court Service Officers and Support Staff

. Court Administrator and Support Staff

. States Attorneys

. Law Enforcement Officers

. Department of Correction Officers
