R.I. Super. Ct. R. Prac. 2.1
No Assignment of Cases on Certain Days
Cases will not be assigned for hearing upon any legal holiday, Good Friday, or
upon any day within the period from December 19 to New Year's Day, each date
inclusive. Matters deemed by the court to be urgent may be heard on such days.
