Joinder of Summonses and Parties
The court may order two (2) or
more summonses to be tried together if the violations could have been joined in a
single summons or in the interests of judicial economy. The court may order two (2)
or more defendants to be tried together if they are alleged to have participated in the
same transaction or occurrence or series of transactions or occurrences, or in the
interests of judicial economy.
