Place of Prosecution and Trial

(a) Traffic Tribunal. Cases pending

before the traffic tribunal shall be adjudicated at a place designated by the chief

magistrate.

(b) Municipal Courts. Cases pending before a municipal court shall be

adjudicated at the place determined by state law or local ordinance.
