Taking of Blood Tests

Under the authority of G.L. 1956 § 15-8-11, any

party to a paternity action may file a motion requesting that blood tests be taken

provided that the party so moving must file the motion within ten (10) days after the

filing of his or her answer, except the time may be extended for good cause.
